Working and activation times: Activation requests are processed only during the store's official working hours, which are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
The store is not obligated to fulfill or follow up on orders outside of official working hours.
The activation period for SIM cards ranges from 2 hours to 48 hours, starting from the time of receiving the request and completing all the necessary data and requirements.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the activation period may be affected by factors beyond the store's control, including but not limited to telecommunications company systems, technical malfunctions, or regulatory procedures.
The delivery time for the SIM cards ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the customer's location and the conditions of the shipping or delivery companies.
The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond its control.
If it is not possible to contact the customer or if they do not respond to complete the activation procedures, the store has the right to suspend or cancel the order.
If the offer changes or expires during the waiting period resulting from the customer's lack of response, the customer is not entitled to demand the activation of the previous offer.
In this case, the amount paid will be refunded according to the store's approved return policy.
If it is proven that the delay in executing the order was due to the store, and this resulted in a change or expiration of the offer, the store is obligated to activate the SIM card according to the offer that the customer requested at the time of completing the purchase without imposing any additional fees.
The store reserves the full right to cancel any order at any time and without prior notice to the customer, as it deems appropriate for operational, organizational, verification purposes, or due to unavailability of the service.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within a period ranging from 24 hours to 24 working days, depending on the payment method and the procedures of the relevant financial authorities.
The store is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or electronic payment service providers.
If the SIM card is issued and extracted in the customer’s name, the purchase is considered final and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
This excludes cases where it is proven that the SIM card was not activated according to the offer or request made by the customer. In this case, the store is obligated to process or modify the request in accordance with the available capabilities.
The store has the right to request any data or information necessary to extract the SIM card in the customer’s name in accordance with the approved regulatory requirements.
The customer acknowledges his full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided, and the store has the right to refuse or cancel the order in the event of providing incorrect or incomplete data without bearing any legal or financial responsibility.
Upon completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that he has reviewed, understood, and agreed to this policy, and acknowledges his commitment to all the provisions and procedures contained therein.
